Digital Product Policy

All products sold on this store are digital e-books delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Upon successful payment, your purchased e-book is delivered immediately via email and/or made available for digital download. Due to the nature of digital content, e-books are considered used and non-returnable once delivered.

No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances for digital e-books once they have been delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

  • Incompatibility with your device, software, or applications

  • Failure to read, download, or use the e-book after delivery

Cancellation Policy

Because all Medical Skillz products are digital products that are delivered automatically and electronically immediately upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

By placing an order, you expressly authorize Medical Skillz to begin the immediate electronic delivery of the purchased digital product. Once delivery or access has commenced, the order is considered fully processed and cannot be cancelled, revoked, or withdrawn.

No cancellation requests will be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordering the wrong product.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Duplicate purchases made by the customer.

  • Failure to review the product description before purchase.

  • Incompatibility with the customer's device, software, operating system, or preferred application.

  • Customer's inability or decision not to download, access, or use the purchased product.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, system requirements, licensing terms, and purchase details before completing their order.

Medical Skillz reserves the sole and absolute right, at its discretion, to cancel or refuse any order before digital delivery where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, technical errors, legal compliance requirements, or other exceptional circumstances are reasonably suspected. In such cases, if payment has already been received and no digital product has been delivered or accessed, Medical Skillz may issue a full refund of the purchase price as its sole obligation.

Except as expressly stated above, all completed purchases are final, irrevocable, non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

  • Digital products delivered immediately are not eligible for refunds once access has been granted.

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate electronic delivery of the product upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or financial compensation of any kind will be provided under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the AI-generated nature of the content, stylistic expectations, perceived inaccuracies, or subjective quality assessments.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  • You understand the e-books are substantially AI-generated.

Delivery Issues & Support

If you do not receive your e-book due to a technical issue on our side, we will investigate and check if we can:

  • Re-send the e-book to your registered email address, or

  • Provide alternative access to download the purchased product

This does not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The email address entered at checkout is correct

  • Their device and software support standard e-book formats

Fraud & Chargeback Policy

To protect our digital content and intellectual property:

  • Refunds will not be issued for delivered digital products

  • Unauthorized chargebacks after successful delivery may result in account suspension and dispute action with the payment provider
